FUEL-UP BEFORE THE EXERCISE SESSION
Prior to exercising, it’s important that you fuel your body, so that during the exercise session you have energy and are not going to feel dizzy or faint.
About an hour before your exercise session, choose easily digested carbohydrates and this will give your body enough time to process the food.  Choose foods such as bananas, raisins and wholegrain crackers.
The foods should be low in fat and fibre to avoid any digestive troubles.
Also remember to drink water before and during the exercise session, to ensure you keep hydrated.
